Must-Have:
Extensive working experience in Tomcat, Jboss, Glassfish, RSuite CMS,Active MQ, Weblogic. Candidate should have done setups and configurations of these app servers on Linux / Windows.

Good-to-Have:
Hands on experience either on IIS Oracle Application Server – Forms , Reports knowledge Basic Red Hat Linux and Windows system admin activities

Role descriptions:
Should be able to quickly understand the middle-ware setup, architecture and technical design on Windows as well as RHEL/Solaris systems Installation, configuration and administration of Tomcat, Jboss, Glassfish, Apache Web, RSuite CMS, Active MQ Servers Application deployment activities Patch Management, Upgrade, Installation activities Regular checks and analysis of log files. Generating application usage reports Assist functional and other technical teams in application releases /projects Regular monitoring of the performance of the application server. Tune the parameters to enhance the server performance Troubleshooting in case of issues, coordinate with Database, Storage, networking groups if required. External resource configuration (data-sources, JMS queues, other JNDI resources, 3rd party tool integration) Installing and using profilers, analysis & monitoring tools for application servers Implementation of best practices, ensuring security of the server instances.
